Dennis (Mil1ion) will have it but he'll need some more info. Is it California or Federal Emissions, High Altitude, Manual or Auto, etc. There could be a sticker on the passenger side valve cover (probably gone though) that will have calibration codes. This information will help getting the right schematic.

thanks for the follow up. It's a Michigan built truck, Automatic Transmission. the original decal is gone however I purchased a replacement from LMC. There doesn't appear to be anything on it regarding calibration specs.
