Dearborn Derek-options available?

The luxury pkg option and the trailer tow mirrors that show in the 07 brochure, for a FX4 says they have late availability.
I know that we discussed this once before but i cant find the thread, but anyway, do you know if those options are available for order yet. and if not do you have any idea when?
When I asked the dealer about it few months ago he thought maybe november, but I havent heard anything out of them yet.
