I took out the old 65 this weekend and did a GPS test on the speedo. Here's what i came up with. First number indicates truck speedo, second number is actual GPS speed.
10 - 20
20 - 35
30 - 50
40 - 65
50 - 80
I assume I would adjust this with a new speedo cable, but I'm not sure if I need to go up or down in my teeth count.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Wow, A '65 with GPS, didn't even know they had Onstar back then. HeHe LoL
It is kind of wierd that the faster you go the more off you speedo is.
I bet that Real American Steel our '65s are made of is confusing the satelite signal.
