hand made custom grill
I need the opinion of all of you. I just uploaded a photo of the grill I designed and fabricated. this grill will have the headlights that have the built in turn signals spoken about in previous threads. It's taken a while to get this far I'm not far from completion. But excited enough to post a premature picture for all who cares to view. Please give me your opinion, good, bad or indifferent.

Very nice!
I had been trying to find or come up with a custom grill for my 66 as well.
I had thought about the 63 (or 61...I forget.) Mercury Wagon grille I had seen in the Green Unibody from "Classic Trucks" (We saw it at "Viva Las Vegas" a couple of years ago as well.)
My truck is heading in a slightly different direction than yours but I am inspired for sure
Yours is now another one at the top of my list.

Great job and awesome truck as well. Yours sits about how I want mine to height-wise.
Mine might even ride a little lower.
I was thinking about doing something similar with the grille. I have the same mesh in the slots under the hood so far. Guess now I should do my custom tube grille idea now

JB Weld worked great for holding the mesh on.
The tube grille idea I have is to have the super thin bars like whats popular now, but going across the entire front end, lights and all. I dont think it would clash with the mesh I already have too much.
Too many ideas, not enough truck, I guess..
