Search for it in the tsb's on this site. Search under 05 F150 and it will come up. Just looked at your other post. I too searched for it for the 04 and it's not there, search the 05 and you'll find it.

I had and still have this problem, i find myself taking the brake off, then pushing it the rest of the way up with my foot. I've had it into the dealer 6 times for this problem and they assure me nothing is wrong.

Pulling the lever back up with your foot won't release the cams at the wheels. Even when mine froze the lever still came back up when released as it should. I would suspect that you have an issue with the return spring before a cam issue.
