It's not just you. If you click on "Search" in the "Forums" menu at the top of the page you get something that says you do not have permisssion to access it. Somewhere here there is a thread about it being temporarily disabled while waiting on a new server; doesn't make much sense but apparently it will be back soon.

Guys, try and read the SITE ANNOUNCEMENT forum at least once a week, especially when something changes!
