I purchase mine on e-bay and quite a few other guy's have as well. The bad thing is they are getting very popular and you can tell that in the price. I paid $140.00 for mine, but if you're not in a hurry, watch for them and you can get a better price. Do a search for trans cooler and find them, sometimes if they are not listed specific for Powerstrokes they are sometimes missed by powerstroke owners, and go cheaper. Just make sure they are for a 6.0 not a v-10 Just my .02

Is that the $175 upgraded cooler you are talking about? I don't see the 6.0 cooler on your site.

so the $175 is the 6.0 cooler or a different one? like an upgrade for the 7.3 cooler? i thought the advantage to the 6.0 cooler was the fact that it bolts right in- no mods or adjustments?

3 coolers.

1. Stock (you already have that)

2. Gas V10 cooler $175

3. 6.0 Cooler. Totally different. All bolt in but the 6.0 is larger

Its the V10 cooler. The 6.0L is even bigger. I have been running the V10 cooler pulling 14K lbs, and the trasn temp sits around 180 deg.

As a side note, the V10 cooler is also a good choice. I am getting temps a little lower than that but I have the 6.0 cooler. In any case, even his setup is not bad for the trans. I went with the 6.0 because I got it really cheap $110 delivered on Ebay. However, I had to get the 2 different hoses and the fittings but that is not the end of the world either. When you add it up, it comes to a little cheaper than $175 but a little more work.

Dang. I got the 6.0 cooler, the BTS tranny, and pull about 12000. I think I've seen it over 130 once.
Makes me wonder, is it the 6.0 cooler or Brians tranny thats working so well?
