I have a 89 reg cab that is going to be my trail rig. I tore the interior out and starting to put it back together. I don't really want to put a floor mat back in the truck. I was thinking on painting it or rhino line it. I was wondering what kind of paint to use or any ideas. I have seen that POR offers some durable paint. I don't know what to use any suggestions. Thanks
You might want to look into Gator Guard epoxy bedliner. We have had quite a few customers that are into offroading, use this on the interior floors of their vehicles, and they love it. This product is durable and it is easy to apply - brush it on or roll it on.
Yea, you'll love not having a floor mat anymore, I got rid of mine, cuz I had to patch up the floor because it was rotted, and I just put bed liner in it......IT IS AWESOME!, and cleaning it is easy, just open the doors, and get the hose out!
I sprayed this bedliner called rattleguard on my floorboard. It's a 2 part epoxy type of bedliner that you can buy off of e-bay. Stuff is super tuff! I haven't driven my pickup much since I did it, but it's definately noisier... especially with the 7.3L diesel under the hood.
herculiner on my floorboard and it was great. i just took my doors off and pressure washed it out. on my bronco its gonna be even better, my floorboards are made of expanded metal so i can just wash dirt and mud back through the floor!
So is their any differences between herculiner and gator gaurd. herculiner isn't an epoxy type is it just wondering any pros or cons. Thanks for the help
