I've not had much luck with "pour in the tank" injector cleaner.
What I end up doing about every 100k or so is taking the injectors off the intake, and put them on a fixture I made, and drive them with a simple pulsing circuit and feed them kerosene for a while, then mineral spirits using a fuel pump. Sounds wonky but it works well.
They are cleanable/reusable as long as the coil works.

it is a lot of things, but one of them is fuel injector cleaner.
google seafoam for info.

stp additive is a waste of time.
chevron techron is a good additive, gets high ratings.
