i would just get high quality shocks from a npa or carquest. bilstein has been bought out and from the rep from the i believe tennco who bought them out a monroe shock and gabriel shock are just as good and cheaper. just what i have heard. I do know that if you have junk shocks then put new shock of any sort on your truck will ride better.
DYDF250 i thought this "F250 riding a little low, and want to bring it up a little all around set of 4" meant you were wanted the shocks to lift your truck. I ahve heard great things about bilstein not sure if its not just hype and like i said before if you go from warn out shock to new shocks of any brand and quality your truck wil ride much better. I have heard many say that rancho do ride pretty stiff also if you live in a salt spreading state the rancho's paint doesn't last long.
I've had Bilsteins on mine for about a year, and I'm pleased with them. I occasionally haul a 10 ft slide-in camper, and they handle it well. I'd recommend them.
