fuel gauge question
My fuel gauge reads just fine when my bronco is sitting still , when i start driving it reads full untill i stop again , can somebody help , is it the gauge or the pump or something else.

Your gauge is composed of two resistors. One is in tank, and one is in the dash. This has nothing ot do with the fuel pump. The fuel pump circuit and fuel level sender circuit are seperate. I would say the gas sloshing around in the tank from driving could cause a false reading. Maybe it's the float in the tank. I would say it's in the tank myself though, because it changes when driving. If it were shorting out it would probably happen all the time. I had a problem with a ranger I owned. After a few hours of troubleshooting the gas gauge was fixed by a 70 cent float from ford. Mine had a pin hole in it and was filled with gas. To make a long story short I would check the gauge in the tank.
