Windshield Trim
I have a 50 F-1 and going to replace the windshield. I was given a new windshield rubber with the groove for a chrome trim piece. Does anyone know where and if this chrome trim piece is available? Thanks Mike.

No one reproduces this piece, it came only the '51-52 trucks with the Five Star trim package. They show up on eBay every couple of monthes and usually go for $150+. Your best bet, if you want the trim piece, is to scour the old junkyards but they are very hard to find.
Even though they don't really belong on the pre-'51 trucks, they really dress them up. I have one each of my trucks.
