Only if you hit something while driving 90

1211 is very common with "Hot" programmers and chips. Now if you are setting this code in normal driving in the stock setting there are several items that need to be checked.
Ryan is correct the only way to "Fix" this code when running a hot chip is "Big Oil" and "Big Fuel" or dont go over 89

That probably means you haven't set the 1211 code in some time. It's a hard code so it stays in the truck's memory even if the light is no longer illuminated, until you clear the code.
