Not sure what part you're refering to as the "gauge panel". If you are refering to the part with the gauges & speedometer mounted in it, 1957-1960 all styles.
The glass and the black cover that goes over the gauges would also be 1957-60 all styles.
The instrument cover or "bezel" would be from a 1957-1960 with the following differences.....................
1957-1958 had an inverted star shaped design on each side of the bezel. 1959-1960 had a raised bead around the perimeter of the star shaped design.
Also..................
Custom cab instrument bezels were chrome plated, and then painted white except around the perimeter of the gauges, the bezel itself, and the star shaped designs.
Standard cab bezels were just painted steel (argent).
It'll fit some big trucks (the cab-over-engine style) sometime into the '60s. I have one (with a mechanical tach and an air pressure gauge where the stars would be normally) which supposedly came off a 1964 garbage truck.
