Edge A2 Mounting Options
I've been looking to upgrade my edge products attitude programmer to the cool new A2, but I'm a bit nervous because I don't see any pictures of the thing mounted. I also can't find any aftermarket mounting options. I'm afraid to order it for fear it might come with suction cups for windshield.... Uhg.....

I'm wanting to say that it mounts on the dash. I read or saw somewhere that it was too heavy for the windshield option and they didn't have an a-pillar mount(I don't know if it was because of the same reason as no windshield mount). Unfortunately, I don't know for sure because I don't really have much contact with edge products, but I'm wanting to say mounting options are limited due to it's weight, but that might have changed since I was informed of that.

I looked everywhere that I could and I didn't find a pillar mount for the A2 monitor and there wasn't one at the edge site and I'm sure if there was one for it it would definately be at the edge site to so they can get you to get it there as well. Now depending on if you have a F-150 your regular attitude monitor is mounted in a different spot then it would be for a F-250 or F-350.

Found some news concerning a pillar mount for the EdgeA2, one company is http://www.propods.com/trucks.htm, I have also checked into Edge and they tell me by the begining of 2008 one will be available. Let me know how it works out because I'm also looking for the same unit but did not want the suction cuo mount.
