Hacking your Escape Hybrid?
I ususally spend my time in the early Ford section but now I am working on a project with some other people to hack the Hybrid system.
Has anyone seen or done anything with their Hybrid to gain more controll over the electrical system?
I am looking at everything being done to the Prius but can't find any details about the Escape.
In particular I am looking for some specific knowledge about extracting more meaningful vehicle information through the CAN port (OBDII port).
The cheap aftermarket OBDII readers only connect with 1 of the 2 CAN networks available through the diagnostic port.
Anybody know any secrets?
