It's one of the most-watched sporting events of the year, worldwide, if not, the most. It's carried on many satellites, so I would think you could get it in just about any country with the right equipment. The SuperBowl is almost always played on Sunday, so most people aren't at work that day. (I think they always play it in a dome now so that it can't be postponed due to weather--it's in Miami this year).
I was thinking that it had been moved to Monday a number of years back for weather or other reason, like before dome stadiums were common. Maybe I'm just thinking of the Indy 500, since I've seen football games in just about every type of weather.

When isn't it played on Sunday's?[/QUOTE]
When you're in Korea. Korea time is 13 hours ahead of EST. We got the day off for "Superbowl Monday". I've also watched it in the Azores, Turkey, and good ol' PSAB Saudi Arabia.
I heard that the most domestic violence cases occur Super Bowl Sunday........
Then again, I heard there was a rise in emergency room visits and drunk driving arrests then too.
Sorry, didn't mean to put a damper
So who does anyone think is going? No bad mouthing or trash talking, I hear enough of that everynight from hubby who is a steelers fan and me being an Eagles fan........sometimes enough is enough........speaking of which, why am I talking football????????? I come here to escape that.
I could complain about worse I mean, he could like the Cowboys..... then I think we'd be having the domestic violence thing at our house, but I would win
