At the moment it's an almost original and almost rust free california truck. It was originally black and I had to redo the bench seat to be able to drive it. I have put three seat belts in with shoulder harnesses after doing some reinforcements. Need the belts since my kids ride in it almost all the time. You can also see that the wheels are not the original ones.
Plans for the truck is to have a TCI M-II front suspension with power disc brakes and steering. An Ididit steering column and a SB"NoName" engine with a four speed automatic. I also plan to repaint it black and get a set of Torque Thrust D Wheels.
Right now I'm in the process of straightening the front fenders, doors and hood. It had some dents that were only filled with body filler.
Nice ride, and she does look nice in the snow! Great to see members that drive, haul, pack and live with them every day.
I had to also put the belts in after wife noticed that I had escaped for weekend chores without my boys.
Where did you anchor the center shoulder harness? THis may be an upgrade in my future.

Hi Lars,
I second Midnite Cruiser's question. I've got a 56 F-250 that I'd like to put some belts in as well. Could you maybe take a couple of pics of your mounting and reinforcement and post them? It would be a great help.
I don't have any pictures of the seat belt installation but I will try to take some during the coming week. Will be back with a Post regarding the subject.
