Nuthin, Have you been changing the bearing race as well as the bearing's? It could be that the race is bad and tearing up the bearings. As others have stated it is very rare for a hub to be bad.

Nuthin', I too am in awe that the hub is out of round; my only thought would be that someone beat on it or ran some dry bearings in it. But whatever... you want a new one, call up to:

It is a famous boneyard up between Ft Collins/Greeley. THOUSANDS of old trucks. I know people who've bought projects out of there. They'll remove and ship to you, I'm sure. It would be an adventure worth the gas money to go up there yourself, tho.
