Brake Dust

Anybody else have a problem with orangish brown brake dust on the front wheels. I have a 2003 F-150 FX4 with 60,000 miles. I polish the wheels and within 2 weeks the front wheels are covered with dust. Any ideas?

I had the same problem with mine, a 2001 f150 sc 4x4 I put some good ceramic pads on all four corners and NO more brake dust also people will tell you that they are bad for your rotors that is NOT true
