Between 1996-2006 I owned 4 Chevy trucks and other than scheduled maintenance and a few minor normal wear items on my high-mileage '96 Silverado, none ever saw the inside if a service dept.
Having changed brands only because I like the looks of the F-150 better, I'm just hoping my new Ford holds up as well...

So tell me this...if Buicks are so reliable...why does a three year old Buick have the worst resale value of any car sold in the US?
According to Automotive News...a three year old Buick retains about 35% of its original value.

Ya know, we are sooo busy worriying about Ford vs Chevy vs Dodge!! Why not worry that Ford and GM are closing plants and laying off OUR people because of the imports! I reminded her....that a new car had to be at minimum 25% better than the model it replaced...and that the competition...Toyota Avalon, Chrysler 300, etc offered both of these features.
Well it does have heated and cooled seats..and heated washer fluid.
And after all the rental fleets bought theirs..sales have been flat.

Most old people I know complain about the little thing more than any age group. Cadillac has gone to a younger age group so GM left Buick more simple which 60 year old people want. My friends grandfather always had Cadillacs but don't like the new style so he went to Buick which was GM's plan.
