Funny that the Cadillac-grilled one is a short bus..hmm.

A look at the first bus in this thread sure looks like it started out as an original. Just look at the angle of the boarding door/ driver's window. A transition had to be made from the narrow cowl to wide bus body. Newer cowls were wider which allowed a straight line from cowl to the end of the bus.

There was one at Hot August Nights a couple of years ago that was channelled and chopped and, need I say, lowered? It was pretty radical and the finishing touch was the school name: LOWLIFE HIGH

That's the same bus I have posted. It must have changed hands and names. There was a site for Lowlife High but it no longer exists, or at least I can't find it.

If it wasn't so far away I would buy it. Ohio to Nebraska is little too far for me!

I made money on the Low Life High bus. It was at a cruise one night a few ago and I bought raffle tickets. The rule was that for $20 you could get as many tickets as it took to rap any vehicle in the lot. I chose the bus! That night I won the 50/50 pot which I think was about $150. Buses are great. Jag

Chip Foose did one of these on his Overhaulin' show last year for John Force in Yorba Linda. Very cool! I've always wanted a bus but just don't have the room. Jag

I'm glad someone shot and killed that Bus before it could attack you. They must have been very expierenced as they didn't try and cook it.
Tried that once with an old Chevy, Tasted like Carp, real greasy flavor.

Smile Plans for the 46

It currently has the orginal drive in it. My plans are to swap out the 239 FH for a 428 CJ and C6 trany, f-350 front and rear. O yes I spoke with Mr Foose about and he gave me a lot of great ideas and B4 everyone says yes sure..sure you did. I help the folks at Year One with their Braselton Bash events and I got to meet Chip there this spring. I have proof check the gallery.

The seats are not correct, but it's not bad...
