Side view mirrors

Side view mirrors
Does anyone know where I can get the plastic pins that are behind the side view mirrors? My passenger side mirror literally fell off. The pins were worn and one was cracked. Dealer says I have to get a whole new mirror for $350. This is for a 98 E.B. but I'm guessing they are all the same. Thanks.

maybe a junkyard, or just replace the whole mirror with an ebay clone.
samething happened to my explorer, and the best i could think to do was just replace the whole the whole thing with an ebay side mirror ($40 on up for the explorer).
