wacko speedo
A couple of weeks later, one morning, it read that I was travelling at 30 MPH while I was driving with the flow of traffic at probably 65 MPH. The next trip on that one settled out on the next use and read accurate after that.
The dealership has indicated that they can't get it to do it. It has only happened twice, just when it gets a hankerin to.
My problem is that I am at approximately 35,900 miles. That is just one more trip to the dealership before my warranty runs out. If they don't find the culprit on this next visit, I'm screwed. Any advice for this next visit, and any ideas they can check for would be appreciated.
Also, a question, Are they still responsible to repair this problem if the problem was never identified after the warranty runs out?
Thanks, T
When the problem does come up again, they have to fix it anyway.
This is with the 2005 you have? You might want to try to cheapo fix, change the VSS (speed sensor) on the rear diff.
I wonder though, you don't get the ABS light and the tranny doesn't shift weird at the same time? The '05-up is slightly different than my '01
