does the vacuum pump increase vacuum with rpm? I dont see why it wouldnt....its a belt driven pump, the more it turns the more it pumps, the more vacuum created.
I ask because Im wondering where you plumb the vacuum line for the regulator with propane injection....but the more vacuum they read Im pretty sure they lower the fuel output. That just gave me an idea to search the "propane injection" threads....but my question of the pump itself still stands. Thanks.
I've never done propane so this is just an opinion. Vacuum on a diesel doesn't control the fuel amounts like a gasser. You proably need to splice into the MAP sensor line.
no the pump does work like that. while it may pull a bit more vacum at higher rpm once the pump gets the system pump down to a certain point the vacum availible is constant. it doesn't fluctuate with rpm in a similar way as a gasser.
