I have a 97 f-150 extended cab 3rd door... when going about 60 miles an hour or faster, there is a wind noise comin from the passenger side where the 3rd door is. Doors are shut good and window is up, any suggestions on how to help this?
My '99 ext. cab does it on the front of the drivers door. The wind caught the door when my buddy was getting out of it during a hurricane and bent the upper door hinge a little bit. Hardly noticeable visually but it doesn't allow a good seal.
i have a 2001 ext cab and i was getting wind noise from the passenger door.
my buddy who works for ford said he would fix it just like they do on the line if the body line doesnt match up ...he braced the bottom of the door with a block of wood in the open position and grabed the top of the door and pulled on it hard towards the inside..problem fixed....i was a bit taken aback with this but it worked...
