My Engine Oil Cooler?

I was going to ask what that long looking tube was on left side of my '99PSD. After reading jtharvey's post, I've decided that this must be the engine oil cooler. It is apparent that my cooler is leaking at the front head and tube when it is cold, leak went away when warmed up or else it just pumped all the oil out. My first question is, will the cooler come out of this little hole it is in once all the right bolts are removed that holds it in place? Also, does someone carry a rebuilt cooler? Sounds like that might be easier than tearing apart and going back together again (humpty-dumpty)!

Go to this website and it has removal instruction on the oil cooler.

Look under Section 10.
Sounds like the O-rings are going bad. Navistar P/N on the o-rings are 1824736C1 and 1824735C1, and Ford P/N 1C3Z6K649AA, 1C3Z6C610AA
