BIG Difference?

as of right now i have a powerdyne supercharger, shorty headers, transgo shift kit, flowmaster 40 series muffler, lift with 315 75r16 tires my gear ratio is stock 3.73 and was thinking about gearing to 4.10 would this make a big difference, would i be able to get a little chirp out of the tires or even get a better jump when i put my foot down. im sure it would just wanted to know if its worth the $500 for both front and rear plus cost of special tools

Chirp the tires? Sure, just run it up to 4000 rpm in neutral and pull it down into drive. Chirp city.

Go here and plug in your numbers to determine rpm change with new gears.

$500 for gears and labor? Very low.

with those big tire i would think more in line of 4;30's or 56's with going up 1 step to 10's you will feel you cheated your self. use the other mans link and go up 1 step past in case you want a even bigger tire next trip to reshoe.
my 05 had 10's i now have 56's and am darn happy with my all around performance gain useing the stock sized and costly 17 inch tires .
