Ok, I've come to the conclusion that my IAC needs to be replaced. The only problem is I can't find it! I'm use to working on european cars, specifically MINIs and BMWs. I'm having a little trouble here! I've take a few pics, so hopefully someone can shed some light my way.
I saw a how-to in someone's gallery, but it looked nothing like the V10.
Here are the pics. If you know where it is, you can either try to explain where it is in the picture, or save it, circle it in red, and the re-upload it.
In the 3rd picture that is the IAC. It is right behind the throttle body. It is a pita to get to. First remove the electrical connector, than the bigger black hose is a fuel bypass remove it. be carefull that hose clips to the firewall and the clips will break pretty easy. The IAC is held to the throttle body by 2 bolts I think they are 9 or 10 mm. one on top and one on the bottom. the bottom one you will have to remove blind. I hope that helps VHolt 00x V10
