Warning... Injector lines
Be very carefull when you work with your your injector lines. I just had to purchase one, and it was $60.00. This seems unbelievable, when you can get an injector for $38.00 . One small steel line for $60. WTF? Make sure that your line seats the same way it came out, before tighting the nut down.

The main point with steel lines is ensure the line anti vibration clamps are installed. The lines will vibrate and crack at the injector nut if clamps are not installed.

This brings to mind the benifits of knowing a local injector shop or any service facility (local fix all type garage) that has or works on anything including older ford diesels. Our local shop gave me a surplus line to build a injector tester with, they also had several complete line sets sitting on a shelf, "just incase".
