If all you do is open butterfly by hand and the rpms drop. Then you my friend have a vacuum leak somewhere. When you unchoke the motor. RPMs should go up not down.

where are these 2 vacuum lines supposed to go? both are just dead ends. should i just hook them up to the vacuum tree?
