Snow Plow

Has anyone seen the new plows that do not use hydralics? I was wondering if anyone has one or knows whether or not they are worth the price (which they are cheaper than the old ones.) Thank you for the input. Also, if anyone is interested in selling one I might be up for buying it.

Here is one that I have found on the internet:

PolarPro Flexblade:
SnowBear patented Flexblade technology features an impact absorbing snowplow design. A light weight, high-density polymer molded blade and tubular steel frame makes this product a powerful snow removal system. The PolarPro Flexblade mounts on a class three front mounted receiver.
  • Mounts on any Class III front mounted receiver.
  • Electric actuator- smooth lifting power.
  • Lightweight, high strength polymer blade.
  • Full range angling.
  • Heavy-Duty adjustable rollers for easy-on, easy off plow removal.

Buy a used plow instead, even if you are only doing your own driveway. Getting out of the vehicle in the middle of a storm to change the plow angle will get old in a hurry. Better yet use that money to hire a pro and you can stay warm inside.

That is what I had figured but I was not sure. Alot of the searching that I have been doing has been giving me these plow results. I was not sure to buy it or not they seem phony to me. I just wanted to know if anyone had one and what they thought. Thanks for the input.

Listen to your gut on this one. I don't think it's a good idea. Sounds like it's kinda cheap. I'd rather spend half that on a really good snowblower.
