Too Many Options = Confusion

SO, there's not much more bang for the buck mods to do at this stage of the 7.3?

Hello people of the Internet.
Been on this forum for over 2 years and finally getting around to posting.
Found this thread and it fits my future needs, so I thought I would dig it back out of storage.
I'm running a '95 F-350 ex-ambulance.
Currently looking at going with the S&B cold air intake, MBRP 4" turbo back exhaust and the TS Performance 6 position chip w/BRV.
I mostly haul my 17' travel trailer with my rig with both loaded to the gills. Going over the Sierras last year was a slooooowww process in stock format (save for the transmission, which is a Jasper HD unit with their bigger oil cooler).
Other than my above parts plan, can anyone recommend anything crucial that I should get?
My budget is $1000 and I have found all the above parts online for right about $900.
TIA

6637 - really loud compressor side of the turbo, but inexpensive. Very easy to remove for service.
S&B - pretty quiet, very good filtration, big breather for bigger sticks. Slight pain in the butt to remove the snout or to swap the filter.
AIS - dead quiet, top filtration, can handle anything a stock stick can dish out. Easy to remove snout and crazy easy to swap the filter. Bigger sticks in your future? S&B is next-quietest and breathes better.
