So I bought a 3 year membership cuz I love the site and info available, and was supose to be contacted to get a free FTE T shirt and window decal to fly the colors. E-mailed support twice with promises to forward to staff, but a month and a half later no contact, no T- shirt. Lets see if this gets anyones attention!!!
P.S. I have got at least two other Ford newbies hooked up to the site as well. One PrePowerstroker, one other!!
Larry Layman, the person who handles t-shirts, sent a welcome email 9/18, 9/28 and 10/05, each time asking for t-shirt information. I went into Larry's support email system (he's on vacation). Not only did he try to contact you, he tried a 4th time after a notice was forwarded to him by the web staff. We did our part, 4 times.
You never replied to any his attempts. Its either your ISP's spam filters, or your PC has a spam filter that's too restrictive.
Larry will be back in the office November 6th, call 678-218-4337, and transfer to accounting. He's handle it on the phone if you can't get your email fixed.
Very true, for some reason, I got my notification the same way, it showed up as junk mail, even though I don't have my filter set high at all... definitely check out your junk mail. I do all the time for that reaason.
Thank you very much for the feed back. I reciently installed a new Norton security program that apparently is blocking pop ups etc. I will try to reset this.
