Here's what I learned from this thread. There are two types of wiper motors coast-to-park (old style) and dynamic park (newer style).
If the motor you get has three wires it is the old style and will work with an older (original?) switch. Four wires and it is dynamic park. You will need a switch with at least four terminals on it.
Cole Hersee makes them but I'm having a hard time finding a dealer.
BlueOvalRage says he thinks my wiper motor is something out of a Jeep.
I would imagine that this would be a cost effective replacement for you as well. It looks as though the three mounting bolts line up
to the bracket/linkage assembly just fine then it is shimmed with a few washers on a couple of the bolts to make it sit flush.
I wish I could tell you exactly what type of vehicle this wiper motor came out of but there are no part numbers that I can see on the motor
housing. Maybe you could just take a piece of cardboard and make a template of your existing mounting bracket holes then go to a good auto parts store and try to match it up starting with Jeep motors.
Good Luck!
Can you get a PIC of the motor up on FTE? A couple guys I work with are Jeep fanactics. I have access to various Jeeps from 1952-2003. This may be worth figuring out. Repro Effie wiper motors are outrageous. Wouldn't be so bad but they aren't even high quality. At least the few I've seen.
I have posted pics to a message many times but not lately. I'll try to figure it out tomorrow if omeone doesn't speak up first. Or just email it to fatfenders53(No Email Addresses In Posts!) and I'll forward it to the Jeep experts. That would be neat if it fit a 80 CJ7 or something. It would be a third of the price.

I don't know if that black bracket is original but this setup works OK for me. I think the rest of the linkage is original but I could be wrong.
If you figure out what this came out of please post back the year and model of the vehicle. It is 12V, 2 speed with dynamic-park.
