I'm not sure which bridge they are working on but the mountain is the one you climb over when you go west of agassiz to harrison mills on the highway. starts out really steep and twisty. When you get to the high point on the highway there is a road to the left that takes you to the top where they launch hang gliders
The only exits pretty much have over pass's on them you the return trip isn't a problem. I can;t quite remember the exact turn off to takebut you will see the gravel road paralel the highway then cross the river over a bridge. It is one of the first couple of exits before you start to climb. If you go to google earth you might be able to see it
