OK I Give Up

I just recently posted about giving up and selling my 56 and posted it was up for sale, evidently listing a sale is not allowed on the forum, sorry about that moderator. What I do want to say is thank you to all the great fellows that replied to my posting trying to talk me out of it, it really made me think and I decided to be patient and sit on it for a while. What a great group of guys that belong to this forum, your inputs are always greatly appreciated.
Thanks to all of you!
Dave

Sorry that you had to struggle with the "sell it or keep it" decision. Glad to hear you decided to keep it! From your gallery pictures, it sure looks like a great truck in the making. Good luck!

Dave,
Glad to hear that you decided to hang onto it. Even if you have to put it on blocks for awhile and not touch it for years you won't regret it.
I have too many of those "I shoulda kepts" hanging about in my memories.

Good luck
Bobby

Glad to hear it's a keeper. I have looked at mine a time or two and wondered, Why???????. I keep it because I can. Someday it will be done.
Bobby, I've got a memory full of those, but how many can say they still have their first truck? I still have a 1964 Datsun L320 PU that my Dad gave me over 30 years ago. Can't bring myself to haul it off even though it has been in the weeds for over 20 years.

Glad you held on to it. When I bought mine it was a worthless piece of junk that had been sitting neglected under some oak trees for about five years. I know that it feels better now that it's a truck again and wanted...
