Replacing light in window switch

I noticed tonight that in my 2003 EB EX the switches on the drivers side door for the rear window are illuminated, but not the front? How do I change the lights in these switches.

I don't think they can be changed. I had my switches out and didn't see any bulbs only little dots. They could be LEDs

Try unpluging and repluging the power plug in the switch because mine was out. Iinstall new speakers in the front doors and when I put the door panel and switches back I noticed that they are lit at night now.
