05E16 recall / reflash
apparrently my truck still needs the "05E16- Engine Control Recalibration OBD2" reflash, but im worried it will reduce power / MPG like reflashes in the past have...
anyone have this done yet with good / bad results?

There is nothing wrong with the flash, just how its done. They need to complete the flash, meaning, at the end of the computer work, it needs to sit outside and idle for a minimum of five minutes. This allows the pcm to "relearn" egr and turbo strategies. If not done, thats when driveability problems occur.
