thanks to a friend who really wants to get the truck out of his yard, i am lined up to get a 72 f100 ranger XLT cruise, a/c, chrome rims (steelies) c6( ) and the best: a 390 with a recent overhaul that was supposably "cammed up" a bit.(will be checking into this) all it needs to run again is a carb job and fuel pump, all for 150 bucks. its green but it does have one somewhat bad dent in the box and some small rust spots at the bottom of the doors and fenders, but solid otherwise. and its missing a couple pieces of the chrome trim
also I just picked up a free nv4500, 2wd version. i was wondering if anybody knew of any adaptors to bolt one of these up to an FE bellhousing, the rest of the swap i can handle.
also i would love to see some burnout pics of some other 72's...
