When changing from a 302 to a 351, a computer change (and for AOD a flexplate) is all that's neeeded?
(AKA same motor mounts, wiring harness still connects the same?)
Also, will an EFI intake bolt up to Edelbrock Performer heads?

the efi will bolt up to those heads fine. just know that the 302 intake and the 5.8 intake are not the same. the 5.0 intake also will not fit on the 5.8 motor.
Are you saying that the upper manifold won't fit a 5.8 lower intake? I know that the lower intakes aren't interchangable because of the 351's deck height and it being wider.
that is correct. the 5.0 uses square bore while the 5.8 is round. I saw a 5.8 stock upper on ebay for cheap and came with the lower as well for under $80 if i recall. or get one from a wrecking yard. any 88-96 upper/lower 5.8 will work for ya
O...maybe it was a trick flow setup then.....a couple friends of mine that were running Fox's had round ports, on 5.0, one of em' was a 347 stroker....and yes they were round, because I SAW them.....but I could've sworn one looked like it was a stock piece.....I dunno, maybe that one was trick flow too...?
then it may have been cobra...I don't know....all I know is that they were fricken round man!...lol....not a big fan of fox's..even though they are my friend's..they are fast as crap, but I just don't like the body....so I just kinda nod and say "Yup".....know what I mean!
the fox's aren't that bad.just kinda chintzy compared to the newer stangs.they held up well considering they were designed in the late 70's.they're alot lighter than the newer ones.
