fixin leaks
i was told of a way to fix leaks in transmissions, power steering units, and
just about any hydraulic type leaks.
the miracle cure is brake fluid.
just a couple onces added to the leaky system and pow! stops leaking.
example1: i have a 74 ford f-100 and the tranny was leaking, showing up
on the barn floor.i put bout 2 oz. of brake fluid in it and i havent seen a
drop of tranny fluid since.
example2:my father has a 77 chevy and his power steering fluid leaked severly.
like he would put fluid in it and tomorrow it was gone, all on the ground.
you could see it run out onto the ground.
he added a couple of oz's of brake fluid and pow! it quit leaking.
now i dont recommend putting it in a tractor, unless you are going to do major work on it anyway.
and i dont know how long the fix will last.
i just wonder has anyone ever expierienced this before.
i would appreciate any comments, thanks.
