Does anyone know if any injector problems would be covered by warranty or do they consider this not part of the power train?
I have my 03 6L sounding like a 7.3, sometimes a CUMMINS on cold morning startups, but once warmed up it runs smooth. Has to be a bad injector, anyone have a idea?
2005 F350 PSD. had cold start and run problems, seemed like missing on at least 2 cyl. was a couple bad injectors, replaced under warranty at 60,000 miles. Now I have 125,000 miles and the same cold problems are back. I will take it in soon.

Not to my knowledge. It only addresses the cold start issue. So far, I havent seen any downside. Now, before you run right down to get your cold start fix, remember, all the other "upgrades" will be included.
vloney, do you happen to have the processor code or calibration number for the new flash? Can't seem to find it.
I'll have to run it down. We dont have it at our fingertips either. When one gets flashed, the message shown is "a later calibration is available, do you want to reprogram? yes or no?" After recalibration it has "IF REQUIRED, affix recalibration notification under hood" The only numbers shown is the part # for the pcm.
