E4OD Torque converter problem???
Hi Guys, today after working on my injector fuel leaks I went for a test drive. After several miles I felt something like a hiccup in the motor, only to find that I no longer had any forward or reverse. Of course I still had the leaks. When switching to and from drive, I could feel a slight motion, like it was in gear. It just would not move. Could this be the torque converter? If it is, would it's demis send any debree through the other parts of the tranny? Also, does anyone know where the cheapest place is order a new TC? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

when a TC burns up it deposits at minimum the burnt friction disc material into your fluid .i have had several TCs go out on me. in my experience my tcs always chattered before failure and ive never had one go out all at once.if your vehicle was driving fine then wouldnt move after you made repairs.i would be looking somewhere else first,ive found the e4od is a finicky creature.try pulling your codes first,let us know what your codes are
