new guy

hi guys. new to the room so i thought i would say hello. enjoy the chat room. i have a 75 ford f150 and lots of modifications done as well as guestions to help me along.

was concerned about one thing. i have a 390 that is fairly fresh and right now i have a 500 holley 2 bbl with a 50cc accelerator pump and i believe im running 84s for jets(dont remember off hand) and my total timing is set to about 42 degrees. is this to much timing. the motor doesnt ping and runs pretty hard. but it just seems to lage out of the hole. or is it cause im running a 2bbl instead of 4. any tips would be great. its in a 75 f150 4x4 with 33x12.50 tires and i cant get them to smoke.

Hi, I have a 96 Ranger p/u and a 37 1/2 ton rack body truck. The 37 is quite rare as I have never seen another one. It has factory stake body with fenders. It originally had the 60hp V8, but now has the 85hp V8 and 4 speed trans. instead of the 3 speed.
