4x2 two 4x4
i would like to know if it is posable to convert a two wheel drive two four wheel drive with out a lot of work on the frame iknow that i would have to add a tranfer case the truck year is 95 F250.

Yes it is possible but it will probably take an extensive amount of work no matter what what you need is a donor truck same as yours like engine, trans all that but 4x4 then put all the 4x4 stuff on your truck but if the donor truck runs really good you can just swap your body on the 4x4 your choice

I'm in the middle of doing just that. Got all the parts from a 92 F150 4X4 to put onto a 4X2. Will post in another week or so when it's all back together how things go. Figured seeing as how I was in there I might as well go all the way with a 6" lift kit while I was in there.
