I have replaced several sets of coils and bushings have had no problems.

***Axle pivot***
___________________________________________
1. Support truck
2. Put jack under axle near pivot point
3 remove bolt (good luck last truck took torch and lots of ##**?)
4. Lower jack ( use safty strap-chain)
5 Remove bushing ( dito to NUMBER 3)
6. Cleanup area / apply heat to bushing eye will help bushing to go in
7. Press bushing in
8. Install reverse repeat other side
***Arm bushing***
__________________________________________________ ___
1.Jack and support truck behind raidius arms . (Trans cross member/frame)
2. loosen/remove arm bushing bolt
3. Roll tire forward to dislodge arm/bushings (use ratchet strap to hold and pull where needed)
4. Install new bushing install in reverse order

***Coil***
_______________________________

1.remove lower shock bolt (Good time to replace shocks when coil is out)
2. Jack truck up till tire isn't touching ( wiil have to be fairly high) Support same place as before
3 Jack axle up till starts to lift truck
4.Remove tire . (Use floor jack so it will move when let axle pivot when lowering)
5. Put strap or chain around coil if it worries you. Slowly let presure off jack .This will leave axle come down till all presure is off spring.
6.Remove upper coil bolt push down on axel to dislodge coil top .
7.Remove center bolt bottom coil and take coil out. Install in opposite order.

Take and get allignment -----enjoy
Good luck I just did this on my F150 4x4 2 months ago
