Teens torture dog
The Town of Didsbury (about 25 minutes from me) that I frequently stop in is the center of attention right now as 2 teens duct taped a dog and dragged it through the streets.

The police are warning townsfolk about not being vigilante's by taking the law into their own hands.
There have been numerous threats made to these boys this last couple of days.
One suggestion was to do to them what they do to the dog.
How can these people of today not shave any respect for Human or Animal life ?

Every day it seems like you hear some story involving kids with no respect for anything. It's like they have to one-up the last story that made the news. If someone was to curb stomp a few of these *******, maybe it would get the point across.

Words that describe how I feel about this despicible act would surely get me banned from the forums. I hope they receive a just punishment from this.

I didnt even click the link, my BP stays high enough now. As I sit here my Golden is laying at my feet with her head on my right foot. Her whole world revolves around being close to her people with total trust. ...
The kids that done this act of despicable cruelty punishment? I think doing the same to them would be a fit punishment. They need to understand just because a animal cannot speak, that doesnt mean it does not feel pain.

I'm not much of a dog person. That opinion has been formed by pet owners who failed to care for and properly train their animals. Barking all night long, which never seems to bother those owners, pooping on my lawn, running loose on the street, etc.
Having stated that, I firmly believe what those boys did was disgusting and torturing animals can lead to acts against humans. They definitely are in need of a world-class whoopin'. The parents are also in need of same since they procreated and then failed to instill any sense of morals in these monsters.
The Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
It's not all encompassing, but it's a good foundation.

I have not been in a grade/high school in many years , is the GR still posted in them ? The GR was one of THE rules taught in my old school. It is a very simple philosophy that if were practiced daily by people, would probaly cure 99 % of our society's ills. jmo

I think giving them the same treatment they gave the dog would be a good start. We need to reinstate public whippings for scum like these kids. Then whip their parents for not raising the kids. I love dogs & would get arrested for murder if someone did this to one of my dogs. My little shih tzu Snickers is my best friend. I'd go nuts if someone hurt him

This just makes me sick. To do that to the family dog...to any dog is bad enough, but to your own family dog?
