hi, my speedo stopped working yesterday but today it is ok. what operates it, is there a cable or is it electric. i am unable to find any reference to it in the shop manual.
if i am lucky it will keep on working but if not it is nice to know. thanks bokker.

I think the speed sensor is mounted near the rear of the transmission. I believe it is round and sticks into the transmission and provides a voltage pulse to the computer.
Maybe you have a loose connection or mounting bolt.
