I just added more shots of my '54 F-100, including shots of the clean interior, my dirty 239 V8, and a vintage black and white picture of me and my college buddies piled in my truck in 1977, the same year I bought the it.
I really like the snow scenes. Reminds me of some of the nostalgic prints you see at the mall. Good luck on the truck. You need to stop by a little more often.
Looking good, Abe. I particularly like the color scheme. I own a red truck which sorely needs sprucing up in the paint department... green and ivory seem to "fit" this era truck. On the other hand, in fear that 'fenders is about to jump ugly with both HOT ROD feet, I'm going to mount the Edelbrock 553 this summer... and finish cleaning off the "badging" on the body in prep for paint. I'm off of flames... and I like my Torq Thrusts. Pardon the rambling, but it is your truck that provides the inspiration for the changes I might afford this summer. Your black and silver heater looks great. Best. himmelberg
You have a very nice truck their. It makes it even cooler when some of own history is in it. Have you driven it sinse 1977? I also liked the pic of snow and kids in the truck.
Not too many keep the grill when they re do their 54's as it is considered to be most ugly. I agree with the ugly, but that's the reason why I kept the 54 grill on my 54.
